Define pickup and destination areas
Zones are groups of hexagons on a map. Pickups at different terminals can belong to the same airport zone, without maintaining an address list for each terminal. The map shows the selected zone and its pricing relationships.
Set rates for the journey and vehicle
Configure a rate for each origin and destination zone pair and vehicle type. Keep price and cost currencies separate, and apply partner-specific rates where your commercial agreements differ.
Account for timing and coverage
Use validity windows and day or time exceptions for rates that change over time. Distance-based pricing provides a fallback for journeys not covered by a zone rate. Review your coverage and rates with the team before taking live bookings.
